What is this place?

This is Lupich's workbench, currently under some heavy construction.
This website was started on 12/17/2011 because I had a beer and nothing to do.

Why is this website so ugly?

I am creating this website for myself for the purpose of brushing up my HTML as well as other things.
It is not meant to be pretty, but easy to read when I'm coding it. Which is why it looks like garbage water.
